"Finally, a suite that is really a suite" exclaim "pleasantly surprised" visitors about this "fantastic" hotel's "luxurious" and "impressive" accommodations, which offer "a lot of room to roam" as well as "wonderful bedding" on "extremely comfortable beds"; "convenient to O'Hare", the facilitiy also boasts "courteous" service and an indoor pool, but it strikes dissonant notes with the "overpriced" restaurant's "limited menu" and "excessive" parking fees.

Comfortable beds and rooms.
The $22 plus tax to park each day and having to pay for wifi in the room.
The rooms were large, comfortable, well designed. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. I do wish they had a shuttle to the Rosemont conference center and not just the airport. The parking fee of $22.00 a day was a bit high. ...read more

They charge $25 to park overnight. That is the only reason I will never stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
Nice room, friendly staff, clean and very relaxing. The hotel charges to park. It's $24 for one car overnight. I had someone meet me there and we ended up paying $48 and our parking spaces were really far. If there is any reason why I would never stay or recommend this hotel. ...read more

My husband accompanied me on a business trip, we had a romantic view of the city from our 10th floor, and found the staff very friendly. A sign by the door said to walk in like you own the place and we did! We felt most welcome. It's furnishings are modern and very tasteful. The bedding was top quality down comforters, but my husband is allergic to feathers, so they quickly removed and replaced with hypoalergic. I was grateful and impressed. ...read more
